Nothing Phone (2): Everything we know so far

OnePlus’s ex Co-founder Carl Pei’s hype brand, Nothing, is all set to release its next-gen smartphone, the Nothing Phone (2), in the market soon. The success of Nothing Phone (1) is known to all, and now rumors surrounding Nothing Phone (2) are all over the market. The company has been teasing the Nothing Phone (2) ever since MWC 2023. Thanks to the official Twitter handle of Carl Pei, we already know that the Nothing Phone (2) will feature Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. But, there’s more.

In a recent interview with Forbes, Carl Pei opened up more about the Nothing Phone (2), confirming the timeline for the launch and battery specs. Even though the company has been secretive about other things; leaks and market rumors have been serving us about the specs related to design, display, and camera. So, let’s look at everything we expect from Nothing Phone (2).

Nothing Phone (2) Design (Leaks)

The company has already shared part of the official look of Nothing Phone (2) where you can see the back panel of the device. By the looks of it, it seems there’s no change in the design front, at least from the teased media. The rear panel features the same same old transparent design that you saw on the Nothing Phone (1). Whereas the textured plastic covering is covering the internal parts. However, the recording indicator is no longer circular but is redesigned to match the look of the Glyph light strip. This further ends the debate about the rumor of Nothing Phone (2) featuring RGB Glyph light at the rear panel.

That said, there’s no other confirmation of what we can expect on the front (design-wise). But, we assume it will be much similar to what we have seen earlier, let’s wait and watch.
