Leakster Snoopytech has leaked the full spec sheet and renders of Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 have been leaked online weeks before the official launch in the next month. Both foldable smartphones are expected to come with improved durability, performance, and battery life. Without wasting further time, let’s jump into the specifications of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
Galaxy Z Flip 5 Specifications: Display, Camera, Processor, Battery, and Colors
As per the leak, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will feature a 6.7-inch primary foldable screen that comes with FullHD+ resolution and a variable screen refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz. It also has a 3.4-inch 120Hz cover screen with a 748Ă—720 pixels resolution. The cover screen is reportedly bigger in comparison to its predecessor and is said to be used for cameras, music controls, etc. It packs the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and comes in an 8GB RAM variant with the option to choose between 128GB or 256GB internal storage.Â
On the camera front, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 is said to pack a dual rear camera setup which will include a 12MP (
f/1.8) main camera and another 12MP (f/2.2) camera for ultra-wide shots. On the inside, you’ll also find a 10MP selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture. The device will reportedly feature a 3700 mAh battery, which is similar to what we saw in the Z Flip 4 launched last year. In addition, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will come with 25W fast charging support. Moreover, it is compatible with wireless charging and comes with the support of 5G, Wi-Fi 6e, and NFC.
As far as colors are concerned, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will be available in Cream, Graphite, Lavender, and Mint. The device measures 7.19 x 8.51 x 1.51 cm when it is folded.

As far as the specs of Galaxy Z Fold 5 is concerned, you’ll find a 7.6-inch inch main screen with a resolution of 2,176 x 1,812 pixels and a variable refresh rate of 1Hz-120Hz. Whereas, the cover screen comes with a 120Hz 6.2-inch screen with a resolution of 2,316 x 904 pixels. It is worth mentioning that the Z Fold 5 measures 6.71 cm x 15.49 cm x 1.34 cm when it is folded.Â
Talking of performance, the foldable beast is said to pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and will be available with 12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage option. Did we mention that Z Fold 5 comes with an IPX8 water resistance rating? In addition, the device will run on
Android 13-based One UI 5.1 out-of-the-box, the same as the Z Flip 5.Â
The leak further claims that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will feature the good old triple-rear camera setup which was earlier confirmed by leaked official marketing material. The camera setup will reportedly feature a primary camera of 50MP (f/1.8) primary camera, a 12MP (f/2.2) camera for ultra-wide shots, and a telephoto camera of 12MP (f/2.2). The screen houses a 4MP (f/1.0) front snapper, whereas a 10MP (f/2.2) selfie shooter is also available on the outside.Â
Let’s not forget that the flagship foldable will come with 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, and NFC, just like the Galaxy Z Flip 5. As far as battery and charging are concerned, the Z Fold 5 is said to pack a 4400mAh battery (similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 4) which can be
charged at a maximum speed of 25 Watts. Moreover, you can grab this foldable flagship in three different colors – Cream, Icy Blue, and Phantom Black.Â
