Rumors and leaks about Pixel Fold and Pixel 7a have been doing rounds on the internet in the past few months. And now, we have finally had a real look at the upcoming Google foldable phone.

All thanks to the leakster, Kuba Wojciechowski, who shared a short six-second video of a foldable device with a ‘wink emoji’ caption, suggesting it to be Pixel Fold. 

Though we can’t confirm whether it is the actual Pixel Fold or something else. However, looking at the video, we can confirm that the initial renders of the Pixel Fold that we saw earlier match the design of the device as shown in the video. As per the latest rumors, Pixel Fold is said to feature a 7.6-inch main screen whereas the cover screen measures 5.8-inch. It is expected to come with 120Hz OLED panels on the inside and out. As far as the processor is concerned, Google will incorporate the Tensor G2 chipset in the upcoming foldable.

The Pixel Fold is rumored to launch at Google I/O on May 10th this year, whereas it will be available for purchase from June. As per the claims, the starting price of Pixel Fold will be $1799, and there’ll be an option to choose from Carbon and Porcelain colors.

While Pixel Fold is getting all the attention around the web, the mid-range Pixel 7a is no less when it comes to grabbing the eyeballs of tech enthusiasts. Recent marketing material leaks of Pixel 7a confirm major specs and details about the device.

Marketing materials accessed by MySmartPrice indicate that the earlier rumors about Pixel 7a having the same design as the Pixel 7, 90Hz display, Tensor G2 chipset with Titan M2 security chip, and wireless charging, now seem to be true. The leaked Pixel 7a marketing materials also confirm the inclusion of a 64-megapixel rear camera which is rumored to use a Sony IMX787 sensor. Whereas the 2nd camera features an ultrawide sensor of 13 megapixels. On the front, there will be a 13-megapixel camera with a wider field of view.

Pixel 7a seen in a new color in a recent leak

That’s not all, we also came across Pixel 7a in an all-new Red color (we don’t know the marketing name for it right now). The images were shared by Evan Blass, a prominent leakster, who is known for leaking renders on Twitter. You can check out the image below:

To remind you, Pixel 7a is rumored to launch at Google I/O on 10th May alongside the Pixel Fold. The device will be available in Charcoal, Snow, Sea, and Coral colors with a rumored starting price tag of $499.
