Galaxy Tab S9+ renders surfaced online: Here’s what we know

For years we have seen leaks and rumors for all kinds of devices. And now after waiting for quite a while, the Galaxy Tab S9+ has finally surfaced online, all credit to the leakster OnLeaks.

Galaxy Tab S9+ Specifications: Design, Display, Cameras, and Battery

Talking of design, it looks much similar to the Galaxy Tab 8+, but there are a few differences that can be noticed if look closely. On the back side, you will see an individually placed camera lens that gives the looks of camera cutouts on the Galaxy S23 lineup launched in February this year. There is a single pinhole camera on the front for selfies and video calls.

If the information posted in this source is accurate, the dimension of the upcoming Samsung Tab is almost identical to its predecessor. The Galaxy Tab S9+ measures 285.4 x 185.4 x 5.64 mm. To give you an idea, the

Galaxy Tab S8+ measured 285 x 185 x 5.7 mm. Therefore, you won’t notice much difference in the design if you are looking for it. The display size remains 12.4” with a screen resolution of 2800 x 1752 pixels. On top of that, just like its predecessor, the upcoming Samsung tab will come with USB Type-C charging, a quad-speaker setup, and S-Pen support with a magnetic attachment at the back.

We have also heard that Tab S9+ is coming with 45W wired charging support. However, we didn’t hear anything about the processor, but it is expected to pack the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor as the Galaxy S23

Galaxy Tab S9+ will feature water and dust resistance

If you are looking for a real upgrade, there’s good news for you. The Galaxy Tab S9 series will come with IP67 water and dust resistance. To remind you,

most Samsung flagship phones come with an IP68 rating, so it is just one step down. It’s nice to see water and dust resistance finally coming to Samsung Tablets. We just hope, Samsung doesn’t charge additional dollars for the same (fingers crossed).

When will Galaxy Tab S9 release?

The Galaxy Tab S9 series is likely to release alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 in August this year.

That’s all for now, make sure to share this piece with your friends who are excited about the upcoming Samsung tablets. Also, don’t forget to check out
