Leaks point towards LG’s 2022 Smart TV Lineup

LG has accidentally disclosed specs of its OLED TVs for 2022, confirming that a 42-inch model will be released. The information came from the HDTVtest website, which claims that LG would release a 42-inch LG C2 OLED TV and an 82-inch LG G2 TV.

HDTVtest reviewer Vincent Teoh discovered the specific models of LG’s forthcoming 2022 OLED TVs via cached Google webpages and leaked model database. The information was discovered at the Korean Radio Research Agency, which is in charge of product approval in the country. The presence of the products is realistically proved by the display of the identifying code for TVs on the regulating institution’s website.
