Redmi is known for providing its customers with quality low budget products. The company launched Redmi 8 and Redmi Note 8 series in the first half of 2019. The brand posted a teaser on Twitter which hints towards the launch of a new series.

The video doesn’t give away any information about the products that can be expected to be launched in 2020. It is rumored that the brand will launch Redmi 9 and Redmi Note 9 series in the coming months.
The sub-brand is described as “synonymous to power” by the Vice President. The mystery around the video is heightened as Manu Kumar asks his followers to ‘guess’ what the product is? Since no further specifications about the product are mentioned one can only guess that the video is about the new Redmi Note 9 series.
However, the video does seem to carry an air of power around it. Thus the customers can expect a more powerful processor than the Redmi Note 8 which had a Snapdragon 665 processor with a 48MP quad-camera at the back.
Moreover, 91mobiles had earlier confirmed that the Redmi 9 series will be powered by MediaTek Helio G70 processor. The coming of this new processor will definitely be an upgrade from the Snapdragon 439 processor present in Redmi 8.
